Legend of Zelda - SNES
Golden Eye - N64
Last of Us - PS3
Grand Theft Auto IV - PS3

The Last Of Us
In a league of its own!
I feel like Red Dead Redemption, the Uncharted series and the GTA games should get special mentions too because I think they're fantastic. They're type of games to set benchmarks. They improve the industry!
From previous generations I need to mention The Sims because of how many hours I've poured into those games and the early Tony Hawk games too.0 -
hmmmm.......40 years of gaming happy memories:
Pong - Sears/Atari
Football Manager - ZX81 16K
Combat - Atari 2600
Manic Miner - ZX Spectrum
Elite - BBC
Millionaire - BBC
Championship Manager - PC
Civilization IV PC
Total War - PC
Fifa series - PS3/4
Geoff Crammond's Grand Prix - Atari ST/PC
Lego Star Wars - PS3
Little Big Planet - PS3
Overall, I would vote for Manic Miner. Got this for Xmas in 1983 and the game was a revelation. Sound, graphics and most importantly playability were ahead of their time. My brother, myself and my dad played this game from 7am to 11pm no stop not bothering to stop for Xmas lunch!
It is amazing to think that such a game was less than 48k in size - barely the size of a small photograph or half a dozen text emails compared with the 1gb monsters of today few of which have the playability of this game.0 -
Skyrim (Xbox 360) is my best game ever! Only discovered it recently.
Previous bests were;
Halflife 1 (PC)
CounterStrike 1.6 (PC)
Legend of Zelda (SNES)November 2016: Mortgage = £185,0000 -
I absolutely loved Red Dead Redemption and the GTA series (both Rockstar of course)0

Love all the GTA's but San Andreas (Playstation 2) was my all time favorite for pure style!

Day of the Tentacle (PC)
Command and Conquer (PC)
Half Life 2 (PC)
Doom (PC)
Mega-Lo-Mania (Amiga)
Max Payne (PC)
Gran Turismo (Playstation 1)
Carmageddon (PC)• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.
