I do not have a .com account so why have I got the 5000 free listings mentioned? It makes no sense whatsoever.
You don't need to have a separate .com account- just log into ebay.com using your usual log in and that qualifies.
With all these weird and wonderful offers around it is certainly a good idea t keep an eye on your own unique offers.
Oh, and for the first time in many moons I actually have a proper invite to this FLE - 100 free , no mention of photos.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I never get any of these offers admittedly I've only been selling for a few months but I'm standard rated with no defects & 100% feedback. admittedly I've only been selling for a few months but I'm standard rated with no defects & 100% feedback.
Have you checked your unique offers , I rarely get a proper invite and can still list for free.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. What is the difference between .com and .co.uk accounts. I have just had a look at the .com and I have 5000 free listings I didn't know there was another one.0

.com is the US site so you would need to sell direct on there and be mindful of their policies etc. Also, remember that domestic postage would be within the US and UK postage would be overseas.
Two words of warning though, Firstly, do not tick anything that mentions global posting service (or some such wording) and secondly emphasise in big letters that you are in the UK ie overseas and that items are being sent airmail and may take a week or two.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Some things sell very well on .com in the vintage categories as what I consider vintage they consider positively antique. However, they do not always fully recognise that the UK is not a US state somewhere off the coast of California.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I'll stay put too. Seems a tad unfair that our cousins across the pond get 5000 free listings and we get 100 (would have to list my entire house to sell 5000 items!).0

I've got a stupid, advertise with 3 photos on each advert and get 100 free.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.0

I rarely use fewer than 3 photos anyway so it wouldn't make a great deA of difference to me. I'm just pleased that they are free now, I used to have to use photo bucket and waste hours resizing and waiting for them to upload.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I have received the 100 free listings with 3 photos offer but many of the items I sell only need 1 or 2 photos, ie one side of a piece of paper, what else can you photo?
Any suggestions of how I can add to the photos? Would it be ok to make up a photo containing the account name and 'see my other listings' that type of thing? It would be a real waste of time taking multi photos of the same thing so I'm just trying to find a way around it.
