Your SIM should work, as long as it is the right size and the Galaxy Ace accepts the network SIM or is unlocked.

In terms of 4G, if it's not already included in your monthly price plan you may need to ask the network about changing your plan

Your SIM needs to be 4G capable, you can ascertain whether it is capable or not by looking at the SIM serial number which will be printed on the back.
If it isn't capable, simply ask your service provider for one that is and they should do a SIM swap FOC.
Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it

That would depend on network, so isn't always required.

Three SIM cards as an example will all work on 4G, no action required.
