We've spent hours on the phone prior to this, getting no sense.
Hence my posts on this forum.im not the only person who's been having problems with them.
I would have to be desperate to communicate with them to post this way. At least we got a refund of the amount in question, but only by use of this forum and being very persistent.

We were initially offered the refund of a sum of money with the words" were giving you a refund as a goodwill gesture".

They turned down our initial suggestion yesterday of how they could show goodwill ( it equated to about £ 16 extra in our pockets which I doubt even covers the cost of our phone calls) and they at first refused to even give that.
After stating our case somewhat more firmly we finally got that.

Family safely on the way now with said money in pocket

    Hi guys,

I have started a thread with the same theme as this, how did you get your refund, was it through the emails they make you send or does anyone have a telephone number direct to the complaints department. I have emailed and called but not gettin much joy ATM!!
It is a horrible scam and I have reported them for fraudulent selling.
    Any help is much appreciated!!
