As Hollydays is a long standing member, with very many helpful posts, it would be reasonable to assume that she is trying every means possible to contact Teletext and that this forum is not her only attempt to resolve her problem. It appears, from her earlier posts, that this was getting her somewhere, but has now stalled. As she has always come across as a nice person I hope that she gains a resolution and has the holiday she deserves.0 -

Thanks all. Teletext rep doesn't want to respond to me on here ? and it's taken more calls.
Teletext rep has responded by email but then stopped as I felt she couldn't defend the indefensible.
My daughter rang her , even when she asked for the rep by the name we were given in a phone message via communication on here
, the person at the end of the phone appeared not to have heard of this person. Hmm
Eventually my daughter got through- dealing with teletext these days is extremely trying.0
