Bt internet problems

Our connection from 9pm ish has been terrible for weeks. Pages won't load and can't download anything, what could cause it just at that time of day?

    which home hub ??

    infinity or standard broadband

    have you restarted the hub to see if it clears

    Contention ratios in your area? But it seems later than the usual evening peak when such issues would normally be expected.
    If wireless, is someone else accessing your bandwidth?

    Hubby restarts the home hub every time it happens. Nothing else seems to be wrong. By have said they ate ringing tonight at that time to see what's happening

    Search 'REIN' rapid electrical impulse noise, sometimes defective/unsupressed electrical devices can affect broadband , like central heating pumps, street lights turning on, things like that, anything you own switch on at that time ?
