House Move Query

I recently had Infinity 2 installed and its maxing out about 76mb which is great but.... im moving to a new proprty just down the road and when i did the house move form it said max speed was only Infinty but 33mb.

Im on the £26pm infinty 2 deal, if i can only get the Infinity 1 will BT downgrade my package to show my actuals or does the contract tie me in to the £26pm im on for the duration?

Thanks

A Home Move starts you on a new minimum term contract-not just for the duration of the existing minimum term.

I wanted more bandwidth the other month and upgraded - and was given Infinity ... no benefit to me as PC's ancient. Then I moved down the road, different exchange, no Infinity. Being charged less for unlimited on non-Infinity.

Only small problem is - I moved, but the service didn't..... some c0ck up with BT and the line/service are still on where I used to live and nothing here.... allegedly, it'll be next week.... 19 days after the original moving date agreed with BT over the phone.

It all went over my head to be honest; I phoned to move house ... and she looked stuff up, then said unlimited and it's £5/month less than what I was paying. I just want broadband, not bothered about posh stuff.

No, I would think that the price would be based on the slower service at the new address, but why don't you check with BT to be sure?
