Difficult to judge this, as there is no info given about the competition from the OP.
If there are no specific terms about the prize in the comp, then you have to accept what they give you. which is not a bad prize IMO.

That's 5 dates with 5 different women in one month for free :)

Difficult one to judge i suppose but personally yes i think you are. I have 2 kids and on a very tight budget. A trip to the cinema to see a recent film costs me £40+. Rediculious money if you ask me. The only way my kids will ever see that film is when its released on the movie for juniors some time later, costing only £1pp to see. With summer holidays looming, that would be 2 trips out for my kids and 1 for me and the other half to have a date night. In that sense its ungrateful but i understand what you mean, a month is a very short time frame.

Don't be ungrateful, set yourself free from this feeling by giving them to someone who will be grateful to you for them. Pay it forward! ;)

I do agree with those who have said you are ungrateful. Fair enough the people running the competition should have given more information but can you honestly admit you read all the Ts &Cs? Have they ran one of these competitions before?

If you can't go then why not give them away to a local charity? Maybe a children's charity to use or accept the gift voucher and do the same?

It’s not even a month to use it but 12 days. Yes, I would have been grateful to have won (not impossible to use 10 tickets in 12 days) but I too would be peed off (assuming it wasn’t made clear before entering the comp) because by a lot of people’s standards it’s unrealistic.
Also, I believe tickets would have only costed the cinema when it’s used right? (besides the cost of printing) So what’s the big deal in extending it for longer?

Do you have any kids, grandkids, nieces/nephews?

Would be a nice trip for them and their mates at the start of the summer holidays.

I'd have just gone to the cinema as much as I could in the time span. One free cinema trip is a good deal and at least you would have got something out of it. I won cinema tickets that were for a specific film on three specific dates. I couldn't make any of them, but that was my problem not the company.

I once won a zoflora voucher which expired the day after it arrived

    That really stinks. :o
