Just a quick heads up, Ive been with plusnet for a good few years paying £19 for my Broadband, plus the line rental, and call package as Im in a market 1 exchange area.
Recently plusnet have changed to market A/B pricing ( instead of market 1,2,3 ) this means if you have local loop unbundled isps on your exchange you can phone up you can negotiate a substantial saving especialy if you agree to a 12 month contract - check here http://www.samknows.com/exchange_search see if you can get it cheaper elsewhere and then threaten to leave them.
If youve not checked the market for a while and you can get another ISPs LLU service ( ie Talk Talk ) the price difference will come as a surprise.

Richard_T - I'm in the same position on a Market 1 exchange...but I certainly haven't been paying Plusnet anything like £19.99 ...I go thru the Customer Option team every year -no threats required!!0
