Hello! I live in a apartment flat which has an underground secure parking for vehicles. I have a car and a motorbike. I bought this flat 2 months ago, and the agent told me the motorbike parking is free. So far, the builder (and the maintenance company) has not issued the permits, so I am still parking at the same place.

Meanwhile, I tried if I can park my car and my bike in the same slot - which I can do, but I will have to spend 10 mins daily doing that which is a hassle, but for now, its less of an hassle compared to paying £60 monthly
