You were being selective on area as you believed it may not be a nice area / street. Hey, that's your choice, no problem, but your being selective by narrowing your criteria.chewmylegoff wrote: »PN asked why it was so cheap so I told her. It looks like good value if your budget is £280pcm.
Actually, I didn't see that you told her with facts, you made some assumptions from what I saw.
Making statements such as might and possibly shows you have made assumptions and possibly jumping to the wrong conclusionschewmylegoff wrote: »It also looks like it might be above a shop and possibly a fried chicken shop...
hence, why I showed the same road had 4 bed terraced houses
Back to my point, there are cheap options out there if you are prepared to compromise on some of your criteria.chewmylegoff wrote: »It looks like good value if your budget is £280pcm.:wall:

Well I've been to the area and other places nearby several times and know what it is like and looking at a combination of the pictures of the flat and streetview suggests that it is above a shop, it is very small and it is in poor condition. But then as I have already pointed out, I was just answering the specific "why is it cheap" question. I didn't follow it up by saying "and so no one should live there" so you can stop trying to build your strawman now.0
