Sim only contract or PAYG?

Hi folks,
I'm just about to escape my EE contract and was looking at sim-only and probably the Three plan that is:
1-month contract
200 minutes
All you can eat (unlimited) texts
All you can eat (unlimited) data
£18 per month
However I have just noticed that their 3-2-1 PAYG plan allows you to buy a bundle each month as follows:
No contract
300 minutes
3000 texts
All you can eat (unlimited) data
£15
I always assumed the contracted sim only option would always be way better than PAYG, but the PAYG withbundle option seems like a no-brainer here. The only place it loses out to the contract option is the "limit" of "only" 3000 texts..... I would never need anywhere that.
Any Three customers or mobile experts tell me if I am missing a downfall here please?
I assume PAYG customers still get the free 4G access like contract customers? And do PAYG customers still get "Feel At Home" too?
Thanks in advance
LGP

On the sim only plan with AYCE data you can officially tether up to 4GB per month you can't officially tether on Three PAYG. You also get free 0800 numbers and itemised bills.
If Three decide to increase to the cost of the PAYG all in one 15 add on or change what it includes you are left without whatever is then offered each month. On the monthly contract sim your terms remain the same even if the price increase or terms change for new subscribers.0 -
They can change the sim only deal if they wish. They just have to give notice and allow you to leave if you to leave if the change is significant.
Unless you want to tether go for the PAYG deal.0 -

They can but wouldn't. Customers are ringfenced onto old plans and allowed to keep them.
I can't think of a single instance where customers have been forced off of ringfenced tariffs.====0
