...also worth contacting the retailer (in this case Tesco), of course, if it is their name being implicated in something which is being messed up. They won't be thrilled - and are large enough to put pressure on whoever is making a mess of it.0 -
I'm not touching with a barge pole.Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D0

Both DH and I bought one, all OK. Got the email with the redemption code, entered that so just have to wait for the voucher.0

Hi All, Sorry if this message is silly or the answer is obvious but...
I purchased a voucher and payment accepted. I received an email asking me to redeem my code.
Followed the instructions (pasted link in URL and entered the code and my log in details).
It told me It was successful and I have just got an email to say "Voucher Successfully Redeemed".
What happens now?? Is a gift card arriving by post or am I meant to use the code from the email in store or online somehow?
Sorry if I sound clueless (am not usually!) but the instructions I think are quite confusing... I also saw a messages that had redeem dates from 18/7 until 20/8 - I assume this was the dates in which i had to redeem the code and not the dates I had to spend the money??
Confused
Same situation. Am I waiting for a voucher card in post or have they scammed me?0 -

If you have 'redeemed' the code they sent you to validate the order (which does seem a ridiculous extra step to make us go through) then you are waiting for a card to arrive by post.
Mighty Deals might be ambiguous, unpredictable and run by a load of not-so-mighty cowboys - but they have been clear (on this offer) that the card will be posted.
What they haven't said is when...0 -
My confirmation said 'allow 10 days for delivery', so I'll cross my fingers and wait.0

what should I do? I didn't receive a confirmation email and the ticketing system doesn't work. Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE

Reading these posts , shows why people stay clear of mighty deals.
If it goes wrong It's the it's only a fiver mentality....but a lot of fivers, hmmm0 -
Hi can i just add a word of caution to this offer.
I puchased a similar deal to this a few months ago - for a debenhams voucher , same deal pay £5 for £10 voucher.
When I tried to redeem it, it wouldnt. I emailed ( no telephone number aval to ring them) them numerous times but they just ignored my queries - in the end I gave up as nothing else I could do, decided it was costing me more in time, than the £5 I might eventually get back, and just chalked it up to experience. Im aware that others on this site had a similar problem - hopefully they have resolved this issue, but just wanted to make people aware !
I managed to get 4 vouchers last time using different email addresses i.e my mums, mine hubbys and brothers. Two of the Argos Vouchers said they had already been redeemed when I went to use them. I actually thought maybe at some time I had used them but now reading this it seems I have been scammed. Don't think I will be using them again but will put in a complaint anyway and write on their facebook wall. I would stay well clear. Groupon and Living Social are much more trustworthy.0 -
Hmmmm, unnecessarily confusing redemption procedure.
Should've checked here first.
I think I've redeemed it, so just waiting for it to be sent.
It's not clear at all is it?0
