...also worth contacting the retailer (in this case Tesco), of course, if it is their name being implicated in something which is being messed up. They won't be thrilled - and are large enough to put pressure on whoever is making a mess of it.

Both DH and I bought one, all OK. Got the email with the redemption code, entered that so just have to wait for the voucher.

If you have 'redeemed' the code they sent you to validate the order (which does seem a ridiculous extra step to make us go through) then you are waiting for a card to arrive by post.

Mighty Deals might be ambiguous, unpredictable and run by a load of not-so-mighty cowboys - but they have been clear (on this offer) that the card will be posted.

What they haven't said is when...

Reading these posts , shows why people stay clear of mighty deals.
If it goes wrong It's the it's only a fiver mentality....but a lot of fivers, hmmm

Don't think I will be using them again but will put in a complaint anyway and write on their facebook wall. I would stay well clear. Groupon and Living Social are much more trustworthy.
