Just received my e-mail with code to redeem. Done that successfully, so now have to wait for the gift card to arrive by post.

Mine too, so hopefully all will run smoothly for everyone.

Hi All, Sorry if this message is silly or the answer is obvious but...
I purchased a voucher and payment accepted. I received an email asking me to redeem my code.

Followed the instructions (pasted link in URL and entered the code and my log in details).

It told me It was successful and I have just got an email to say "Voucher Successfully Redeemed".

What happens now?? Is a gift card arriving by post or am I meant to use the code from the email in store or online somehow?

Sorry if I sound clueless (am not usually!) but the instructions I think are quite confusing... I also saw a messages that had redeem dates from 18/7 until 20/8 - I assume this was the dates in which i had to redeem the code and not the dates I had to spend the money??

    Confused

    Hi bcw
If you highlight the mightydealsredeemetc link in your email and copy it {right click for me }, then open another window and paste it in the new browser it should bring up the required page to enter the code and your details.
Don't know if it makes a difference but it doesn't work in internet explorer for me I have to use chrome or firefox

I am really annoyed.. I n=managed to log in to my account , after an hour trying. I haven't received an email for either the comfirmation or the voucher code, and the ticket system to ask for help is not working..I found the voucher code, but it doesn't work so I relogged into mighty deals and the code has now disappeared.. what a headache and a scam, all for a fiver :(
Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE :)

I had one in my basket but kept getting error messages. Email reply said it was because I'd bought an Argos voucher. Where does it say you can only buy one? Waste if time them sending retail offers then. The Argos voucher worked a treat.

I bought this deal through Hushhush last night, I paid by paypal and then followed the instructions as mentioned above, entered a delivery address for the card. today I got this email from MightyDeals (who i'd never heard of until now)

    "Dear Purchaser

Thank you for your recent purchase of the High Street e-Giftcard.

Please ensure when making your purchase through the site that all your Mighty Deals account information is complete and that your payment card details are correct. Do not leave your Mighty Deals address information empty, this will result in your order not being accepted.

Your refund has been sent back to the original card you used to pay with and should be with you in the next 7 working days."

so yeah confused, are they the same company? or is this some sort of scam? my log in details for Hushhush dont work on mightydeals so I'm mighty confused...

Hi can i just add a word of caution to this offer.

I puchased a similar deal to this a few months ago - for a debenhams voucher , same deal pay £5 for £10 voucher.
When I tried to redeem it, it wouldnt. I emailed ( no telephone number aval to ring them) them numerous times but they just ignored my queries - in the end I gave up as nothing else I could do, decided it was costing me more in time, than the £5 I might eventually get back, and just chalked it up to experience. Im aware that others on this site had a similar problem - hopefully they have resolved this issue, but just wanted to make people aware !

I had issues with mighty deals but if you keep emailing they will do something. keep trying don't give up!
