PBD cash back date inquirey
My phone was connected from 20th Feb which is showed in my first bill, and my billing date is 17th every month, so I receive my fourth bill on 17th June, only 118 day from connnction, so do I need to send my first cash back form with my next bill?
I found that now the terms in PBD says the dispatch note also needed for cash back, but I remember it wasn't mentioned when I buy, now the dispatch note is gone, what should I do????

Hi, sorry I can't help you with your query, but I've got a probblem too, which I hope someone will help me solve?
I've noticed on the Phonebox Direct's T&Cs that all cash back claims have to be received within 21 days of the bill date.
The billing date for my phone was 20 June, but I only sent my cash back form off today, as I have just recovered from a very bad bout of Conjunctivitis.
I'm really scared that PBD are not going to pay out............What should I do?..........Is it worth sending them a doctor's note?
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thank you!0 -

Can't hep you with billing dates etc.
With regards to the dispatch note, what do the terms and conditions that you agreed to when you purchased your phone say?
If there is no mention of sending it, then you have no need to.Sweet_Sugar_1984 wrote: »<snip>Is it worth sending them a doctor's note?

Are you being serious?Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -
It's not straightforward. There are numberous threads regarding the bill dates to use so I'm not repeating them yet again. As far as the 21 days is concerned, IF you took out the contract BEFORE the change in t&c (which, being VERY recent is likely) as I did I would fight them tooth and nail through the courts if necessary - but always send my claims in well before 21 days in any case. I recommend people read the relevant thread; they do use OTHER tricks nowadays I'm afraid.0
