    Thanks!!

Been a bit lacking on the post front. I knew that would happen Im rubbish at sticking to stuff!

Anyways - some slight overspending :( 1 takeaway, had to buy ink to start making resources for school for next year.

Luckily I think I have overbudgeted for my (holiday) weekend away in the lake district. As we are smack bang in the middle of no where we shouldn't be able to spend. I already have fuel and im in charge of shopping for the 8 of us and claiming back my money. I have learned how to shop carefully!

We are supposed to be going for a nice meal at a pub, however Its my birthday celebration and we always pay for the birthday girl when we plan a meal. (im hoping that still applies to me - as cheeky and presumptive as that sounds).

Need to reign it back in! have a good day all!! :)

Well ive been awol for a while! :/ slightly lost track of my money, had a bit of a splurge!
Typical yoyo moneysaver. Too much restriction and slight disappointment in a holiday with not huge amounts of plans.

Anywho.., time to get back on it!!
Payday in exactly 7 days.. New budget made to pay off the 2nd OD!

I have found inspiration from a weekend at my friends new house. As soon as im debt free i can start to save for a mortgage.

Let the moneysaving times return! I will be sure to catch up on all your diarys as soon as im back home with proper internet.

Thanks all for the bday messages!!

So we have made it one whole month.

Last month didn't particularly achieve much on the money saving // dfw trail.

    New plan for Septembers pay:

£200 will be allocated to debt repayment. Some of which has to go off the student OD as it needs to be £550 by the end of the month

Today I put in the application to take it down to £450 which should come into effect with my wages tomorrow.

The other £100 will be put into my savings until week 3 of the month. Its a long month with my bro turning 21, Oh and a best friend all having a birthday in one week! If I can forget about it, it will be used to pay more OD off but not without putting me skint.

I have allocated £60 per week (although I already owe OH £20)
this is after gifts, bills and a more than overdue haircut!

I have new motivation to achieve my goals: as soon as I am debt free I can start to save for my very own house. And there are some beautiful new builds pending planning permission in the village I come from where Id love more than anything to move back.

Sorry for the rambles! this yoyoer is back on form .... for now anyways! :0
