    Another day!

Sold the old chest of drawers subject to collection later. Slowly starting to feel unfaithful as 3 people have dropped out. If it's collected I will have made an extra £5 on what I spent on the new drawers! Yay.

Hanging out at my mums for the day, waiting in for a washing machine repair man. Taking full advantage of drinks and electricity! Haha.

No plans for today other than NSD. The guilt of doing nothing is starting to set in. May have to pop into school at the end of the week to start prep for Sept.

The big clothing declutter is going to begin later as the new drawers have all been built.

I seem to have created more mess in the flat trying to become super tidy and organised! Haha :rotfl:

Exact same thing happens to me every time we visit the big blue and yellow swedish store. I still haven't finished organising my clothes from the last time we bought new storage things. Really must get on that tonight!

Now I've started sorting out things look worse than ever. But I know what each pile contains...I just can't see the carpet...apart from when I started up and there's a space where I've been sat!

I always put the piles on the bed, then go and make dinner and don't bother going back until it's bed time. Then I have no desire to put things away so the piles just go on the floor till I can't stand stepping around them any more!

I know exactly what bot of you are talking about!

however I followed through! all clothes are sorted, gave all my OH unworn clothes to my bro - he only has a seasonal job and doesn't earn much!
All my clothes are in a large bin bag. I was ruthless!

My aim for tomorrow is to find the cash4clothes 2 miles from my house - worked out if they take everything in my bag at 50p a kilo they should pay me £3.50.

This means I can see the new inbetweeners movie on EE Wednesdays with my takings! :)

hope everyone's had a good day. Still waiting for my collector of my old drawers!

Oh Tiggy I can so relate to your opening post! I am just like that, bit of a yo-yoer!!! When I am 'on it' I can be so very sensible and frugal but then I slip...

I'm sure I could rustle up a few bin liners of old clothes for cash4clothes, a good idea!!

The bed is covered in stuff that I just needed out of the way. The floor is covered with school things (though I have just hidden a box of books back under the bed...I'll need a whole bookcase for school things in the new house I think!).

Clothing declutter will happen properly after we've been on holiday, though I do already have one bag ready to go!

surprise surprise - FB buyer dropped out again. that's the 5 that were interested. Well not as much dropped out but could not collect for a reason but ignored my reply to the fact I might be able to find a van to deliver.

Siigh. Now I don't know if I should relist it as technically its sold to him subject to collection??

I just want it gone and I want my money!

Hope you have a nice holiday penguins! Cant afford to go this year! :( but I will be able to pay more to my debts! yay! :)

I find Gumtree MUCH better for stuff requiring collection, way cheaper too.
