No! I have never been late with my mobile phone bill. I pay by direct debit and my account has got overdraft facility.
But got a phone call from them last month though. They told me that there was a problem with my direct debit and asked if I could make a payment over the phone which I did. They told me it will be fine this month, the payment will come out from my bank account.0 -
Hi Edasilva846
Working for Vodafone, I can say the only payment administration charge Vodafone use is £3 per month (will be £6 if it was added halfway through last mth as it will have been to late to put on last mths bill) if you choose not to pay by direct debit.
If you had problems with your DD last month, the chances are it was applied, and then not taken off again when your DD was sorted.
Customer Services should remove and refund it for you, or, if you want to get into touch with us via email, if you go to the Contact Us section of the website, you'll have the option to do so there. If you put FIT135 anywhere in the body of the text, it will be picked up by a team who can help.0 -
