My winter flowering Jasmine looked like that, is it perhaps some sort of summer flowering one That would explain the scent.
i will have to find one of these, probably next year as I think it may possibly be this...the scent is intoxicating and very strong, you can smell it from a couple of feet away....0 -
When was it in flower? Where, what type of location? That might help a bit.0

it is in the northwest, in amongst other bushes and small trees on a business car park. it looks to have just finished flowering (July) as there are only some flowers and virtually no leaves. I am sure that last year it flowered really early on in the year when nothing else seemed to be flowering0
