golf on BBC1

Am I alone in feeling that BBC are overegging golf on BBC1 today ?
7 hours today is way too much..
How many people feel the same as myself ?

    Me, cheesed off with sport of all shapes, sizes and colours. Why can't they fire up BBC3 or 4 during these excessive sporting seasons and leave 1&2 for the normal programming.

    I can't stand golf, but appreciate there are people that love it. In today's case, I just watch a different channel. Not a big issue for me.

    I also can't stand soaps, and they are on 365 days a year on all channels! Maybe they could be shunted to BBC3 / ITV4 / More4 / Five* and leave the main channels for normal programming :D;)


    P.S. This is probably more suited to the Praise/Vent forum.

    Its going to get worse, there was an awful concert from Edinburgh last night as a preamble to the Alec Salmond games next week which will get blanket coverage.
    That gum you like is coming back in style.

    I think the same to much football to much soap to many adverts . Far to much news far to many repeats .Luckily i found a button marked Off many years ago and nowadays another one with multiple channels of repeats .
