Which phone - HTC Desire 610 or Acer Liquid E3?

Hi, my contract is nearly up, im with Three and have been for years. With the package I want it has come down to these two phones. Would anyone be able to give me their opinion on these?

It's either the HTC Desire 610 or the Acer Liquid E3?
