Madasafish charging for IC24 modem

I was orginally a IC24 customer until Madasafish bought it.
The reason for joining IC24 was the fact I had no long term commitment with them.
Now Madasafish says that I have a 24 months contract with them and to leave I have to pay 80 pounds. They also want to charge 40 pounds for the modem that was provided by IC24 as free of charge.
I discovered that because I am moving home. They also want to charge me 80 for moving home and start a contract of 12 months.
I see that Madasafish wants to make my life a hell for whatever reason.
I did not choose Madasafish but what I can do?
If anyone could advise me about this please write to:
xmlspy69@yahoo.com.br
thank you very much indeed.

Hi Madasauser,
The IC24 team had a different contract than what we offer today - could you please PM me your IC24 username I'd like to have a look at your account to see what I can do to help you out here.
You can PM me by clicking on My username and then scrolling down to the PM option.
Also, I would recommend removing your email address from your post - it may cause you to get unwanted emails or getting added to a SPAM list. I would encourage people to PM you over publishing your email address.
Hope I can be of help!
Kind regards,
SamaraMadasafish Customer Care0
