You've missed off an important piece of information - the diameter. It will be either 13 or 14. If you look on the sidewall of the tyre you'll find it there....
They've put on 165/65 R 79T.
165 is the width
65 is the aspect ratio (how tall the sidewall is in relation to the width)
R means Radial tyre
79 is the maximum weight
T is the maximum speed.0
