How do I cancel new EE sign up

Ok I signed up online last night but didn't have my mac to send in, so what's the best way to cancel this order ?

    Call them up. And put the cancellation in writing too, just to be safe.
    What has the lack of a MAC got to do with cancelling though?

  • If you didn't supply a MAC then the order won't be processed. They can't get in touch your provider.

    When I signed up, I was given a number for their registrations team in case I wanted to make any changes. you can try 0800 079 0283. But I remember the lady on the phone saying they're only open from Mon-Sat.

    The transfer can be done without a MAC, but it'll result in an extended loss of service, and a cease charge of about £30 from the outgoing ISP.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
