Cheap place to buy indicator bulb

My rear indicator bulb has just blown and so I need somewhere I can just pop in and pick up a new bulb - minimising the time I'm driving around without an indicator!
I need a 282 according to Halfords website - which appears to be the same as the brake bulb. Does that sound right? It's for a 1999 Ford Fiesta.
Does anyone know anywhere cheaper instore (no time for online) than Halfords to buy bulbs?
I can fit it myself so I'm not worried about that.

Any local car factors will stock it.0

From memory that's a pretty much universal bulb. Wilkinsons is a good place.0

I bought a pack of 10 from amazon for about £1 a while back. Again there are some on ebay for £2 but if you need them tomorrow, a motor factors would be cheapest (or Eurocarparts if you have a branch local to you, they are cheap too)0

is this not an MOT failure? if so, then visit your local MOT garage and see if you can buy one.0

u don't know where to buy a bulb for a car0 -
It must have cost more in electricity time and skin worn off your fingertips than any possible savings made by any meaningful difference in price.

dont by the packs, they will have 1 bulb each of every type. Many you dont even need. Also, just changing one bulb is silly, change them in pairs so they are equal brightness. You see cars with headlights of different brightness and it just looks cheap and tacky.
I found the cheapest place to buy them is in eurocarparts when they have their universal 50% discount. If you're buying just bulbs you cannot get the forum discounts because there is a £20 minimum spend for these. But the 50% universal discount makes it cheaper.
I got front sidelights for 30p each and break lights for 30p each as well.
This way you can get all the CORRECT bulbs for your vehicle and still come in a lot cheaper than those £5 emergency bulb kits.
On ECP they sell branded and unbranded ones. The price listed above were for OSRAM bulbs which is good quality. The emergency bulb kits and unbranded factory parts from china which would be of dubious quality.0 -
Anywhere but Halfords and motorway services.
For the price of one bulb at halfords i bought a set from europarts.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
