what IS the qualification time?

dialphone conveniently don';t actually say what my turnaround time needs to be when i send my bills back

are they critical like "please return this on next day delivery, today" or do you get 7 days or something?

    and the other thing is that are each 3 month stage clearly marked, so i know when to send bills back (i'll write them on the wall in big numbers!), or am i supposed to keep some sort of daily number log, from the date i first switch on the phone or something?

    o2 will be by cheque, not on your bill (that is only for Voda & Orange).

    The claiming periods are dependant on the deal - each deal tells you which bills to send back, you will need to just remember which months to send back as bills aren't numbered! But you will only find out the validity period when you get your info pack through. It is usually no less than 2 weeks to send bills back thou.
