You could replace them fairly cheaply, we got some from Ikea which were very cheap and lasted years before we changed the kitchen. If sink and cooker are inset they will need to come out and be refitted into the new one.0

Costing depends on size and style of the worktop you want fitted and if there are cuts to make, hobs and sinks to refit etc etc

I reckon a days work, 130 to 150 . If leccy hob you will need competent person to remove it, same if gas hob.0
