Urban Decay Naked eyeshadow palettes

These are on ebay for £19.00.
Or am I looking at the wrong pallet? Or are they fakes, how can I tell?
At £19 I would think they are fakes.
If you look at the eye shadow names, most of the fake names are not centred like the real ones. (EDIT: look on YouTube it tells you there how to spot a fake). Trouble is, you probably won't know until you actually receive it which will be too late.
I am a cool toned, blue eyed redhead and find Naked 2 suits me best.
Naked 1 is warm toned, 2 cool toned and 3 pinky toned.
I would definitely give Make Up Revolution a try to see which palette suits best.
If they had been around when the Naked 3 was released and I had tried the Iconic 3, I may not have gone for the Urban Decay one in the end because it is the one I use least.Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

Love the Naked Palettes. I have all 3 because I bought the first one and loved it and had to get the other two. I prefer one the more warmer tones, I think it has the most wearable colours and its the palette I use most for weddings.
I have the MUA Undressed Palette and its brilliant for the price but it isn't as nice as the Naked ones. I think the Naked Palettes are defo worth the price.
I got mine on offer at feel unique it was like £10 off £25 spend. Just keep an eye out cause normally the have this type of offer on alot.0 -
Thanks for all the replies ladies!! Definitely given me some food for thought. I think I'll head to Debs tomorrow and see if they have testers and stuff. I will also scout out some of the dupes to try and compare...0

Just stumbled across this thread as im the same dilemia as you. I know now that nearly all the cheap ones on ebay are fake (thanks you tube) The real ones have a serial number on the back tin (bottom right corner), the fakes don't. Even though £37 is expensive for 12 colours and fab ones at that it isnt really its only just over £3 a colour which you wouldn't bat an eyelid (great punn!) normally. I've only been looking today. Im wanting some MAC products too but they are dear! x0

my daughter bought the Naked 2 pallette with some of her birthday money, I thought she was completely mad for spending £37 on a pallette, but she adores the colours, and the UD salesgirl was great, no pressure, advised her on which of the pallettes would suit her best for what she wanted to use it for/her skin tone/hair colour etc, and told her to come back with her pallette at any time if she wanted some tips on different looks to achieve with the colours.0

Urban Decay is one of those brands, like Mac, where there are a lot of fakes about. There would be no reason to sell a real one that cheap. My local Debenhams still regularly runs out of the Naked palettes so a seller would be mad to give one away at £19.0 -

they look exactly like the old MUA ones so i'm hoping for the same great pigment, long lasting, no fall out on application & stunning colours, you've made my weekend
Pleased to be of service! *tips hat*I hope the MUR ones match up to your expectations. Very pretty colours

I love urban decay palettes, I have number 1 and number 3. Beautiful colours, really great brushes included with the palettes. I always wait for debenhams to have 10% off. The urban decay primer is also one of the best products I've ever used, that together with the eyeshadow is wonderfulAll you need is less0

Ooh, is the primer worth it too? I use a Revlon one which seems to do the job (I have really oily skin so no eyeshadow base = everything in the crease by 11am), but I've never tried an expensive one to compare.
I'm really glad a lot of you have said the palettes are worth the money, I can't wait to get to the shops tomorrow and test them!!0 -
I've got 1 and 2, but I also have the Naked Basics pallette (no shimmery ones) which I have never used as I still have loads of the other ones. It was a birthday present but I feel like it's going to waste being unused. Anyone want it?0
