I do believe I have just won a honeymoon for me and husband to be!!! Thank you so much for posting!!!! We were not going to have one so this has made our year!!!!

I wanted to see about adding the children to come ( family already said they can look after but I don't want to miss an opportunity to take them abroad if I can grab it!)

There are quite a few threads around for people adding children on to prizes. I think it's very much down to the promoter. You will probably have to pay for their flights and potentially an upgrade to a family room. In my experience of winning holidays the promoters have always been very helpful with the booking process. If you don't ask you don't know!

When I won a 10 day trip to Australia, the hotel added the kids on for free, but we had to pay for their flights.

Same for the trip to Sorrento I won which we are going on in about 7 weeks

Lovely win, I'm also interested to know how others get on adding children as I'm afraid to enter holiday comps for that reason

I agree its probably down to the promoter, I have the opposite problem as a single parent with one child... I want to bring the grandparents!! Won a cruise for 2 adults & 2 kids and they were happy to amend it and it only cost an extra £142, also won a weekend in London with tickets to see Lion King and the promoter also agreed if we paid any difference it was not a problem.

If you speak to the company involved and offer to pay any additional costs they will probably be amenable, after all, its more money for the companies involved!:)

Hi,it is down to the promotors really.
My experience is positive though.
I've won trips to Vancouver & NY.Both were for two adults.
On the Vancouver trip I just the paid to add a child.This was just the airfare as they let me choose a hotel that had two double beds.
On the NY I just gave up the $1000 SAKS voucher & they added a child on.
I'd say enter & then just be nice as you negotiate :-)

awww Well done only just seen this xx What a fab prize, and really hope everyone is accommodating for you I enter the holiday ones anyway, with the view that if they won't let me add the 2 kids, then they will redraw and give someone else the chance....I'm sure by being polite and asking (pleading) for their help it should be fine!! No advice from experience as still hoping !!! Hope you have a fab time!!!!
