Hi there, I recently placed an order IN STORE for a quite expensive bed. I agreed to pay over 20 months on 0% finance, paying £0 deposit. As this bed is for our new house that we are to move into on the 31st July, I got the guy to write on the order form that "should the house purchase fall through, I can cancel the order…

I bought a bed from Dreams online and between ordering & delivery the price went down by £40. I rang & asked could they reduce the price & they did. I got a refund, so I was really pleased. Try asking them.
