Orange Bill Shock

My husbands business phone contract has been fine until the last three months. His bill for May was £454.10, June £945.43 and July is £221.53, his previous bills have been quite low, around £40 - £50.The first we noticed was when he had a message from Orange to contact them immediately, they had frozen his account and then we looked back at the bill for May and were horrified, then the bill for June when they froze his account was already £945.43. They put the issue in the managers hands and promised to sort it out, they were saying that my husband had been using a lot of data, but when we looked it was only 265mb, eventually I was promised that it had been sorted and would be refunded when the next bill was due but this bill is still £221.53. They've sorted nothing out. What should I do now ????
