Double delay??

Back in September 2011 me and the family was delayed traveling from Manchester to Dalaman by 5h 10mins

When we was returning 7 days later we was delayed by 4h 25mins

so, am I correct in saying this could be 2 claims for me and the family?

I have just seen that someone has already successfully had compensation for the same flight to Turkey

So I have put in for that one. I will wait for them to reply and mention the 2nd flight and see what happens.

I was traveling with my wife 1 child and 1 infant.

As my infant didn't have seat on the plane because of his age, I don't think we will get any compensation for him, would you agree?

No but if you posted on the airline thread that caused the delay + read the FAQ's you would know why I disagree! You do however need to get your claim right from the start and as you have already put your in for the flight to Turkey I strongly suggest a peruse of the FAQ's before claiming for the return flight.
