Halifax mortgage application

First time buyer with halifax. 95% ltv, mortgage guarantee scheme. We had our offer in the post on the 14th calendar day after our broker keyed it. Only 1 bank statement and last month payslip was all that was required.

Very happy, relieved and we complete on the 1st august.

Thank you, that's great to hear. My partner is self employed so hoping that element of things won't slow things down too much... We have submitted the business' company accounts and his self assessment tax form to Halifax via our broker.
