Anyone used Life Comfort Products?

Hi, has anyone had any experiences (good or bad) of Life Comfort Products in Peterborough? They do adjustable beds/chairs etc. I'm trying to check them out on behalf of someone but can't seem to find any reviews to speak of. They are registered with companies house, etc.

Do not use this company! I have yet to find any reviews online for these people except for the same three repeated, all with the same date. Life Comfort Products Ltd have been awful to deal with. The phone rings out a minimum of 4 times before anyone answers and they took 4 days to respond to an email. They provided a family member with a 'bespoke' bed that did not match the dimensions she requested, so they cut it down to size…in her bedroom. The bed does not match the sample they showed her. The mattress does not fit in the frame. Life Comfort Products have refused a refund and will only offer her a replacement bed, which she does not want after the stress she has already suffered.

"The customer in question certainly had some problems with the bed we supplied. However all issues were dealt with apart from the poor finish to the legs of the bed which we were unable to fix as we were unable to take the bed back to our workshop. In this instance, we did refund the customer 90% of the purchase price. If you are after a recliner chair, then I got my mum one recently from Recliners direct, in Southport. The service was great and the delivery staff put it all together for her and even hoovered behind her old chair for her !

I have just bought a bed from them. I found them easy to deal with and the bed turned up on time and was to the quality specified.

My late father in law purchased a bed in 2014.
He paid £3280.00 !!!!!!!!
What a rip off.
He has since passed away in have done some research and they are over priced in 2014 and worthless now.

Life comfort, hi, to report a post which isn't breaking any actual site rules, you must be notified via email, as you are infact watching this post like a hawk since the last shenanigans that had your company worried about the ways it's trading, knowing it's point blank wrong.

Feel free to try and remove my personal exsperiences and my factual evidence. To which I will and shall be standing up in court to back up. Any way I'll count this has our first communication "LIFE COMFORT"
I can see you with a prime time spot on a bbc special in time to come, as I have posted on the social media reviews in more detail.
