Post Office Home Phone check out review centre first

It has taken the Post Office 2 months to install a phone in my property. They must have the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. I constantly had to call them to chase up the progress, they never return phone calls and don't seem to know or care what is happening or even try to resolve any problems. If you look at the comments on the review centre you will see I am not alone there is a long list of unhappy customers.
