And you need to get your skates on to get your appeal off to POPLA by their deadline which is rigid. This is your golden opportunity to kill this dead, otherwise you're looking at ongoing hassle to deal with, certainly for the next 6-12 months, and potentially for up to six years.

Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #3 'How to win at POPLA'.

Oh, as per FTGF's advice above - please start your own new thread.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Hello Coupon-mad,

I have a very similar situation for the same parking location with a parking charge notice from premier parking solutions.

How can I provide you with everything, including up to date pictures of the signage at the car park and all correspondence I have had with PPS and details of my POPLA code (which is due to expire on the 8th of Jan) - As I fear the signage may have now changed to combat your reply you typed out for the original poster in this thread....

    Many Thanks
You directly asked the above, of me, so MSE have told me that I can answer:

If you want one of those posters including me, who are already declared to be part of a private parking appeals firm to handle your appeal we would look at all of that for you on a one to one basis. I am with [text removed by MSE Forum Team] (you add the www)! We do appeals/POPLA and court defences mainly and will refund the tenner POPLA fee if it loses.

If you would rather DIY, then you will need to find what you need on the forum, newbies thread, other PPS cases by searching the forum (can be done). Then start your own thread on this forum and ask whatever question you have, of all the regulars here, who can help you with a POPLA appeal for free but it would need your work.
