Premier Parking Solutions Rejected Appeal POPLA next stop?

Hi All
I have used the template found on the Parking Cowboys website to appeal a number of Parking tickets issued by Premier Parking Solutions (PPS) at Didcot Station Rd car park.
This morning I have revieced 2 rejection letters from PPS.
The worrying part is they have listed their genuine pre-estimation of loss which they have set out and calculated to be £100.33
They even claim that at previous POPLA appeals these costs have been approved for example POPLA Appeal 6860084019 and 6860154028.
The Letter does not address point 3 - Your status - the creditor, point 4. Ownership of premises, 5, Contractual Authority.
It is just 3.5 pages discussing the loss, and reasoning as to why I should pay £100, there is a couple of pages photos followed 4 pages of form I should use for the POPLA appeal.
Any advice of next steps is greatly appreciated as I don't want to go to POPLA and still be £100 out of pocket.
I've scanned the letter but the forum wont let me add links as i am a new user.
Any advice as to how i can add the letter is also welcome
Cheers

We know what it says, we've seen it before, it's tripe.
Have a read of this thread which contains rebuttals (different company, same tripe):

Hi Bazster
Do I copy and paste the rebuttal used in that case for my appeal to POPLA? which i submit on the POPLA website?
Obviously I am dealing with PPS direct so cannot claim they are copying any one else.
I was able to sort the parking Cowboys letter template out on my own but this is next level stuff so I need it explained a little simpler, I do appreciate your time and help with this matter.

Right - hold your horses, this is PPS and they have changed their loss statements to suit POPLA and at least one Assessor has swallowed their drivel.
I have sent a pm to a poster who previously won v PPS at the same car park, to try to get the loss statement from a few months ago. Then I can help you write a POPLA appeal showing the massaging of the figures.
Could you check your POPLA code expiry date using the POPLA code checker on the parking cowboys site please, so we know how long we have?
DO NOT send a normal POPLA appeal, don't copy another person's one. Normally that's fine but not for Premier Parking Solutions. Of they want to massage the figures then we must show POPLA the truth.
- So could you tell me your expiry date of the POPLA code(s)? Do you have two? I have some holiday soon and Would rather help you with this in August.
- and that template you used, it doesn't say who was driving does it, are you only ID'd as the registered keeper?
- is the car park opposite the station or on station land?
- did you appeal as soon as the PCN was on the windscreen or did you wait for the Notice to Keeper in the post?
- what was the allegation/contravention? Same on both occasions?
- what's happened about the tickets you haven't got a POPLA code for - or have PPS lumped some together to be heard under one POPLA code?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK I now have a copy of the previous argument PPS lost with about 6 months ago and it's interesting...
So please could you answer ALL of the above questions and also show us this:3.5 pages discussing the loss, and reasoning as to why I should pay £100, there is a couple of pages photos
Do it now, you need help to win this and if I don't see an answer this weekend it would have to wait until I'm back from hols 4th Aug, if you want my input.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Please tell us the expiry dates of the POPLA codes (use the Parking Cowboys' POPLA code checker in the NEWBIES thread post #3) as I am about to go on holiday on Tuesday. If the deadline gives you time to work on your POPLA appeal then please, WAIT and work on it BUT do not submit it yet, I have the original GPEOL for this car park and would be able to help you, first week of August, if you send me a pm to remind me.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I will PM a link to the letter i used.
and that template you used, it doesn't say who was driving does it, are you only ID'd as the registered keeper?
So far I am only ID's as registered Keeper
- is the car park opposite the station or on station land?
Opposite the station
- did you appeal as soon as the PCN was on the windscreen or did you wait for the Notice to Keeper in the post?
I appealed once i received a NTK in the post, I had previously had a number of these from Valley Enforcements on behalf of PPS, however I noticed with these NTK the letter was different and from PPS, I have never recived any further communication regarding the Valley Enforcement appeals but got a reply in about a week regarding the PPS appeals
- what was the allegation/contravention? Same on both occasions?
Either no payment has been received or a partial payment received which has been insufficient to clear the Parking Charge.
- what's happened about the tickets you haven't got a POPLA code for - or have PPS lumped some together to be heard under one POPLA code?
So far individual POPLA codes for each ticket.
