Outdoor office - Roof light / Dome recommendation

I'm in the process of building an office in the garden (basically a shed) that I can work out of when working from home. I have been looking at getting light in and would like a roof dome / window that is obscured but able to open. The pitch of the roof is nearly flat @ 9deg, so velux is probably not a goer.


Found these which look ideal, but don't open!

Any ideas what could be recommended that are cheap as well? Obviously opening and tinted / obscured.


Lastly, has anyone ever used these ilumi-therm roof lights, they seem very keenly priced.
