Cheap energy club email in response to reporting posts?

This afternoon whenever I report a post I get the normal zendesk report ticket back, but I am also getting an email from the Cheap Energy Club.
Coming from the forumteam@ address with the same timestamp etc as the report ticket.
Seems the ticketing system is getting confused on post reports and is sending those emails out in addition to the ones it should?
I'll going to report this post to the team to generate an example.
