Via Buy is it legitimate or Scam?

I suggest starting a class action against viabuy as there are more and more people who have been duped by this organisation . the more we are the lower the fees and the greatest chance of getting our money back !!!

Bad Scam. 90 Euro loading requested in fist week for just the card. Many people planned to use it for travel and loaded the MC and did not get anything for their money or money back!
Bill collectors now are harrassing me because I found out in time and they want 130 Euro now because I did not pay the 90 Euro..

I tried and resigned. Keep away from this product! They are a bunch of sneaky liers.
You are not properly informed, the payments are abusive, the promised free loading via IBAN never works (you pay a normal commission). There are some strange problems whenever you need to ask them something. Poorest customer service I met.
And in the end when you resign they close your card immediately and AFTER they inform you that you can get your money back with 5 EUR charge. Thieves.
Concluding: costly, slow, misleading information, poor service. And - most of all - you get nothing in return.
This kind of business activity should be illegal in civilized countries, even being aware that the whole banking system is designed to suck you good.

I would agree. But I would be happier if this kind of bad thieves were simply banned. Why bother with the courts, what is wrong with financial system control of the EU states?
