Write it all down, how you feel, and let the doctor read it, its easier than stumbling over it, its kinda easy to underplay your feeling when you get there.
    I second that citralopam works!

Do you have a wife or partner? How old are your kids?

I would really recommend talking therapies as well - they were excellent for my wife in being able to recommend coping mechanisms and ways to acknowledge how you feel about things without having them overtake everything.

Are you talking to your wife about this? I am a stong believer in communication, and she should know that you are struggling and are trying to work out how to deal with this. The worst thing would be that you don't share this and you drift/get forced apart as a result.
