lowering monthly contract on 3

hi

i've just phoned 3 asking to lower cost of my monthly price plan, which was £40. they said i can only do it down to 35 then step it month by month but i know im not using all my free mins and texts and want to be paying about 25/mth. i said that to them but they wouldnt let me change any advice/successes? thanks

    Hi,

    What you can do if you want to lower from a £40 tariff down to a £25 is pay a fee of £25. The length of time left on your contract would be the deciding offer.
