I was trying to claim compensation from South Eastern. Unfortunately your website TRAIN DELAYS directed me to Southern (FYI).
Anyway, having found South Eastern, lots of things didn't work & I was told they had a new system which had teething problems. I've been on the helpline to them 3 times. Nobody but a pensioner with time on their hands would persist in this tortuous process. Still no success. I press SUBMIT & nothing happens. Now told to get a form form station & post it. Please bring your weight to bear for the sake of other thwarted travellers.
