Tmobile-ee CPW messed up need help
Hi,
I am new so not sure if in right place.
Cutting a long storey short.
I upgraded from tmobile to ee through CPW website on the 12.06.14 they sent the phone but no sim, after been passed around between companies finally got a new sim in the local CPW by having to do a return resell.
Waited for number to migrate from t-mobile to EE sim told in store a time of 24 hrs, after 24hrs nothing called them they said could take a week.
Week went and passed and nothing so i have waited a bit longer.
Well at the moment my T-mobile sim still works and i can upgrade according to my account
Called CPW today to be told EE don't have me on their system as upgraded and that I (even though their mess) need to do another return and resell in a CPW store.
Can anyone tell me whether they have been in a similar situation and what happened, worried something may get messed up if i go back and do a return resell.
I am not sure what is my best option i have lost faith in CPW getting it right this time.
Can anyone help me please.
