I've had a couple of cash back deals with them in the past and the cheque always arrived on time.

yes. I've had 3 contracts from them, 2 T-mobile off-peak and 1 Orange. Cashback very prompt with no worries; they were ahead of most people when the VAT problems caught others. Also I've had occasional accessories - car kit, etc.

More recently, they've moved away from so many cashbacks to the inclusion of gifts, such as iPod then radar detectors or at the moment free Dell computer - desktop or laptop.

I think their prices are still pretty keen, even if not always the very best. I'd have no hesitation in going there again, but I tend to be a cheapskate for phones, so I prefer cashback to extra gifts - they've got a range for either. Also some interesting things in their bargain bin from time to time.

I agree with the above post regarding preference of cashback to gifts.

I have used them on 3 occasions and they paid cashback promptly also allowing me to fax or email bills.

Would use again
