lastminute.com Online check in???

I've booked a flight from Manchester to Heathrow through Lastminute.com and was wondering how I go about checking in online as it's my first time using LM.com, I have been sent a booking ref number and flight reference number, I'm presuming I use BA's website directly but which reference number do I use?? Or is there another way to do it???

You can't check in for a BA flight until at least 24 hours beforehand. Try both to find the one that works with the BA website.

You do it on BA's site. Always a good idea to keep an eye on your booking once in a while anyway to catch any schedule changes.
