actually you beat me, there's one in Coulsdon for OIEO £145 that's on with 5 agents.
the best bit about that is, i think it was on for £149,950 and then reduced to now OIEO £145k! lol
I grew up in Coulsdon, when I drive through now the place is like a ghost town.
The new bypass, that they've been talking about doing since 1978 has finally been built at a cost of millions and has moved all the traffic jams 3 miles further up the road...marvellous0 -
We saw a house this week that is on with 10 agents!
The family are moving back to the USA within a month whether they sell or not and ideally want it sold before they go back. It should go quickly as it is well proced for the area and a fab sized house for the money.MFIT No. 810 -

don't even think it's 3 miles! it's more like 1 as the new multi-milion pound bypass goes back onto brighton road! lol
it's not so much a ghost town, it's full of little chavscum now and takeaways(I'm living there at the minute). I've only known the area for about 4 years since i moved from beddington and it's got worse, my g/f grew up there and moved away when she was 11, 16 years ago, and hates what it's become.0 -

Why are people so blind to the fact that markets can not increase exponentially forever. Look at history in any market you gets booms, investor confidence, great demand, followed by a slight change of circumstances (ie affordability has gone over teh top and intrest rates get too high) leading to investors breaking out and an inevitable crash.0 -
