Is this a record

Flat on my road. Not wildly priced by london standards. Quite nice really. Areas good for london standards, garden.

Has been on the market since End March/beg April.

There have been 6 EA boards outside- seem to go dual agent for a bit, then can them , then DA again, new boards up this week. One price drop by 10k. Still, nothing doing, the boards have been changed again.

Is this a record!?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Could be, could be, I saw a property up with a similar amount of agents this time last year locally (I think it was more like about 9 agents but as I cant remember exactly it doesn't count).

It was funny looking on rightmove, it took up most of a page of search results all with vritually the same pictures.

actually you beat me, there's one in Coulsdon for OIEO £145 that's on with 5 agents.

the best bit about that is, i think it was on for £149,950 and then reduced to now OIEO £145k! lol

I think they took some boards down from this one.

In the frenzy of the London maarket, it's only been on for about 18 months. I can't think why

Ok, I admit, they've finally put it on with a different agent at the same price, sans scaffolding and it's sold quickly (only about £30,000k underpriced now though).

There was a property in the area where I work that was on with 9 agents! and had been on for over a year!

I persuaded them to drop the other agents and we sold it in 6 weeks.........no i'm not bragging (well perhaps a little bit lol) :rotfl:
My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say ;)
    Ignore......check!
