I think the site you are referring to only take on the first and second stage appeals for this sum of money. I don't think you can avail yourself of their services after the event, but it can't hurt to ask.

Mr reeve refused to revise the verdict of the assessor too. 14 day deadline has passed and now getting threatening letters from excel suggesting they may take me to court. They have given me a further 3 weeks to pay though. Which is very nice of them.

Parking ticket appeals now deal with responses for any PPC 'Letters before Claim' (like this situation) and court defences but those are more than £16.

Thanks. I have since learned this, but did not know when I made that comment. However I think the charge is different from the £16 charge for appealing PCNs.
