Sky charging for 0870 & 0845

I have been on a Sky Talk Anytime Contract for just over a year but decided to move after checking my bills and discovering that that they have been charging me for 0845 and 0870 even though they said these calls would be included and their advertising says the same. I've complained but they say NGN s are not included. They are now ignoring my emails! Sky customers - check your bills!

I've checked my bills, back to last October and none of these calls were charged. They are inclusive, but not 0844, one of which my husband made last month.

Were they over 60 minutes? If so, they will be chargeable, as are all Anytime calls over 1 hour.
